Delete from the UniBook app
- Open UniBook and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Select Settings, then Account & Data.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the request.

If the in-app option is unavailable or you cannot access your account, send the request from the Google email address linked to your UniBook account.

- The email address connected to the UniBook account
- The profile name
- A clear request to delete the account and associated data
What will be deleted
The account, profile information, follows, posts, comments, reactions, private messages, voice clips, uploaded images, notification token, call history and other account-linked content will be deleted or de-identified, subject to the limitations below.
Retention period
Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited backup, fraud-prevention, security or legally required records may remain for up to 90 days or for the period required by applicable law. Information that has already been lawfully de-identified cannot be connected back to the account.
